Once again, we have sourced most of the main ingredients locally for this special. The lamb comes from the Rhön region, freshly delivered by FrischeMetzgerei Eidmann. The rosemary and lavender are from our garden, while the paprika and potatoes are from Weilerhof in Großostheim.
