Children's Prices:

- Ages 0-3: €15.00 per night (including breakfast) when staying in parents' room.

- Ages 4-6: €30.00 per night (including breakfast) when staying in parents' room.

- Ages 7-14: €45.00 per night (including breakfast) when staying in parents' room.

Please note:

- Children's access to the swimming pool is permitted daily from Monday to Friday and Sunday from 07:00 to 22:00. On Saturdays, access is from 9:00 to 11:00 and from 16:00 to 17:15.

Booking and Cancellation Policy:

- Bookings on weekends and holidays are only possible in conjunction with a package or half-board stay (for stays of 4 nights or more).

- Minimum stay on weekends is 2 nights; longer on holidays.

- Specific room numbers cannot be guaranteed for weekend or short stays.

Pets:

- Dogs are only allowed in the chalet and incur a fee of €10.00 per dog per night.

Check-In and Check-Out:

- Rooms are available from 14:30 on the day of arrival and until 11:00 on the day of departure.

- Please inform the reception in case of late arrival (after 18:00).

Payment Methods:

- Cash, EC card, or bank transfer.

- Credit cards are not accepted for hotel bills.

Wellness Area:

- Enjoy our exclusive wellness area with swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam bath, infrared seats, and fitness room.

- Massage and beauty treatments are available for both men and women.

Electric Vehicle Charging Station:

- We have 2 public charging stations with 4 charging points each at 11 kW, equipped with Type 2 plugs.

- Payment can be made with an RFID charging card, PayPal, or an online-enabled credit card via QR code scan.
